By booking or participating in a pilgrimage with Sai Mandira Tours, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights, obligations, and the terms of participation in our yatra programs.
1. Eligibility and Health Requirements
- All participants must be in good health and capable of handling the physical demands of the yatra. Specific yatras, especially those in mountainous areas, may have health and fitness requirements.
- Age Restrictions: Participants over 65+ or with known health conditions are required to provide a recent medical fitness certificate.
- Sai Vihar Yatra reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit for the journey due to health concerns.
2. Booking and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation notice is sent to you.
- Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the yatra departure date.
- Currency and Payment Options: All payments should be made in Online or Offline via approved payment methods outlined on our website.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Participant:
- Cancellations made [30 days or more] prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a [processing fee, if any].
- Cancellations made within [15-30 days] of departure are eligible for a [50% refund].
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within [15 days] of departure.
- Cancellation by Sai Mandira Tours: We reserve the right to cancel any yatra due to safety concerns, inadequate participation, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to join a rescheduled yatra.
4. Itinerary and Schedule Changes
- Sai Mandira Tours strives to adhere to the published itinerary. However, due to the nature of pilgrimage sites and unpredictable weather, we reserve the right to alter itineraries for the safety and well-being of participants.
- Changes may include altering departure times, rearranging accommodations, or modifying routes based on local conditions.
5. Liability and Assumption of Risk
- Participants acknowledge that the yatra involves risks associated with travel to remote locations, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, weather, and delays.
- Sai Mandira Tours shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, medical emergencies, or transportation breakdowns.
6. Insurance
- Sai Mandira Tours does not provide insurance coverage for participants. It is strongly recommended that participants obtain their own travel, health, and accident insurance for the duration of the yatra.
- Sai Mandira Tours will not be responsible for any expenses related to illness, injury, evacuation, or other emergencies during the yatra.
7. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by Sai Madira Tours guides and staff for their safety and the safety of others.
- Any damage caused by a participant to property, accommodations, or vehicles is the responsibility of the individual and will be billed accordingly.
8. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to show respect to local customs, culture, and religious sites. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the yatra without refund.
- Alcohol, smoking, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the yatra.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Sai Mandira Tours respects your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for yatra planning and customer service purposes.
